The exposition's quality and the novelty of perspective/problem is the main contribution of an article. Each paper should include section, whose heading is "Open Problems". There can be "Background" section before, and an optional "Preliminary Results" section after.

Any paper that deals with abstract or applied aspects
of Mathematical or Computer sciences may consider for
publication and acceptance or rejection of a paper depend on
the peer-reviewed process as adopted by IJOPCM.
We specially encourage mentioning at least one open problem
or future direction of research in the field of study of each contribution
so as to maximize the impact of this special issue and to maintain
the aim of IJOPCM.
Manuscripts should be in English. They should be written
along with the corresponding PDF file via e-mail to the
Managing Editor of the special issue.
